How to make a return

Get in touch with us first

Before sending anything back, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Drop us an email at haulhausuk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. As a small family business, we always do our best to sort things out quickly.

Pack it safely & send it back

Once we've confirmed your return, pop the item back in its original packaging (or something equally secure) and post it to the address we'll provide. Please use a tracked postal service — we aren't responsible for items lost in transit.

We'll process your refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

Not quite right? No problem. We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Received a gift that wasn't quite right? We can issue store credit to the gift recipient, as long as the item is in original, unused condition within 30 days.

Safety Concerns

The safety of your little one comes before everything else. If you ever have a concern about a product's safety, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a return and full refund without question. Your child's wellbeing is our absolute priority.

Refund TimingRefunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to show the credit in your account.

Return PostageFor change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the buyer's responsibility. For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent items, we'll cover it completely.
